Isidoro Lucciola is a prominent Italian entrepreneur, investment banker and executive manager. He has governance experience in numerous public and private companies in Italy and abroad, both in the financial and industrial sectors. Expert in digital fields, sustainable development and international negotiations. He has worked and concluded significant transactions in various foreign countries in which he has developed important relationships. He is the founder and Chairman of L&P Investimenti Group and of the controlled companies (Appeal Strategy & Finance, Loan Agency Services, Lucciola & Partners and, previously, of the fintech companies founded and sold). He has experience as Chairman of bank, SGR – Asset Management Regulated Company, national broadcaster, biotech startup, as well as Member of the Board of Directors of sovereign wealth funds and companies in Italy and abroad. He has continuous academic teaching experience in public and private universities and masters. He has received prestigious awards for his activity in different fields of the financial sector. Before 2005, he was a shareholder and Equity Partner of a leading strategic consultancy firm, Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer of a pan-European telecommunications company, CFO and Development Director, with general management responsibilities, of a large Italian multi-utility, Assistant to the CEO and Head of Foreign Credit Lending of the Italian development bank at the time entirely controlled by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Vice President & Senior Banker of a prestigious international bank with responsibility for EMEA trade & project finance and large European clients, Contract Manager of a big engineering company.
